Step 1: Eligibility
To register you must be a provincial sport organization or municipal parks and recreation department and contribute participation data.
Step 2: Registration
Departments or organizations registering for the first time, click here to fill out the online registration form.
Step 3: Access
A designated representative from your organization or department will be provided with a master user account.
Your designated representative will be able to upload your participation data and create additional user accounts for individual staff, volunteers and representatives that need to access reports and data.

All user accounts are valid for a 12-month period following the organization or department registration process. Membership and access can be renewed at the end of every 12-moth period.
