ViaSport British Columbia (“ViaSport”) provides this Internet site, (the "Site") and related services subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of use set forth below. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.
